On March 9, a signing ceremony between Sysmex Shanghai Co Ltd and Jiangsu Zecen Biotech Co Ltd took place in Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, also known as Gaogang district, in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province.
Both companies are renowned for their in vitro diagnostic products. Sysmex Corporation is a Japanese medical electronic company and Zecen Biotech, which settled in the zone in 2014, specializes in chemiluminescence products.
By integrating technologies and resources, they will deepen cooperation, promote the innovative development of in vitro diagnostic industry, as well as add vitality for the high-quality development of the zone's health sector.
Taizhou Vice-Mayor Ye Donghua said that the in vitro diagnostic industry has become one of four pillar industries in the zone in recent years and with provincial policy support, it has great development potential.
