A close look at Jiangsu Haiyang Nylon New Material Co Ltd. [Photo/WeChat account: weigg6666]
The nylon elastomer and elastic fiber research and development project conducted by Jiangsu Haiyang Nylon New Material Co Ltd, which is based in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, also known as Gaogang district in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, was recently selected to be a provincial key technology or equipment research project.
The project aims to break through difficulties, such as the complexity, high costs, and high energy consumption, in the existing polyamide fiber process, thus further expanding the variety of domestic high-performance elastic fiber products, as well as promoting the green development of the industry.
During the application process, the zone's bureau of industry and science and technology has provided all-round guidance and services to the company. It also offered supporting subsidies.
The zone is currently home to four projects that were selected to be provincial key technology or equipment research projects, with the other three projects being from Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group, Taizhou City Jinhaiyun Vessel Facility Co Ltd, and Jiangsu Bioperfectus Technologies Co Ltd.
