Two enterprises in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone – also known as Gaogang district in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province – were recently recognized as provincial-level demonstration bases for employment and internship, announced the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu province.
They include Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group and Yihai (Taizhou) Oils & Grains Industries Co Ltd.
An internship is a short-term full-time job training service that is provided for graduates who have not been employed within two years of graduation, students who are less than six months away from graduation, and unemployed young people aged from 16 to 24.

Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group has combined its internship program with its personnel recruitment and training system, thus forming a complete internship management system.
Yihai (Taizhou) Oils & Grains Industries Co Ltd has widely publicized internship positions covering fields in mechanical automation, food research and development, accounting, foreign language, and logistics.
