The National Medical Products Administration recently approved the listing application of the lidocaine and prilocaine cream produced by Jiangsu Yingke Biopharmaceutical, located in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone of Taizhou, Jiangsu province.
The approval further improves the company's product layout in the anesthesia field.

In recent years, the demand for local anesthesia in the skin market has seen explosive growth, so the launch of Jiangsu Yingke Biopharmaceutical's lidocaine and prilocaine cream was perfectly timed and is in line with the concept of clinical grading diagnosis and precision medicine.
The lidocaine and prilocaine cream has gradually gained in popularity due to its unique formula and beneficial therapeutic effect. In 2024, the sales revenue of the drug in China's public medical institutions hit 420 million yuan ($58.62 million).
