A 600-million-yuan ($83.69 million) new energy thermal management project operated by Jiangsu Pengling Rubber Hose, located in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, was put into operation on July 20.
The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan and provide 300 jobs.
It consists of a thermal management module and thermal management pipeline, providing crucial support for the zone in improving the ecology of the new energy vehicle industry.
The thermal management module extends from traditional mechanical products to advanced technologies such as electronic control development, motor design, and system integration, forming a new composite product that is at the forefront of the industry. The thermal management pipeline is a technological upgrade of the company's traditional rubber products, achieving full process production coverage of nylon and thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) materials, which will be used to supply leading car companies such as BYD, Geely, and NIO.
