Exciting developments are underway at the Chemical New Materials Industrial Park of Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province as Jiangsu Haiyi High-tech Manufacturing, based in the park, prepares to launch its new production facility.
The project, which will produce 50,000 metric tons of lubricants and 30,000 tons of metalworking fluids annually, is nearing completion. The research and development center, smart workshops, and tank area construction have been fully completed, with technical personnel now rigorously conducting final adjustments and optimizations on various smart equipment in accordance with production standards. The project is in its final stages before full operation.
Construction on the project began in February, and by the end of September, 95 percent of the project had been completed, according to the company, which attributed the rapid progress to the comprehensive services and policy support provided by the park. The project is expected to generate annual sales of 800 million yuan ($112 million) and contribute 20 million yuan in taxes, the company said.
With a total investment of 600 million yuan, the production facility will employ self-developed technology. These products will serve a wide range of industries, including automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, aerospace, and the processing of metal, non-metal, and composite materials.
