Taizhou International Container Terminal saw its container throughput reach 44,822 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in November, a hefty increase of 42.98 percent.
This broke the previous record of 41,397 TEUs, set in May 2022.
The throughput of foreign trade containers and domestic trade containers increased by 16.77 percent and 63.5 percent year-on-year respectively.
Taizhou International Container Terminal has been involved in the field of shipping and logistics since its establishment, constantly expanding its route network and cooperation map.
The company has opened 55 shipping routes, including one direct route between Japan and South Korea, two direct routes along the northern coast, and one direct route between inland rivers.
