The Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, held a job fair at Taizhou Rainbow shopping mall on Feb 26, attracting about 10,000 job seekers on-site.
Over 140 employers offered over 3,500 job positions across key areas such as pharmaceutical research and development, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, and modern services. Over 2,200 job seekers reached preliminary employment agreements.

The job information was also introduced via live streaming. In the live streaming room for the broadcast, HR professionals provided detailed job descriptions, salary and benefits, and information about the work environment, and responded to job seekers' inquiries in real time.
The live broadcast garnered 50,000 views in total, and more than 2,000 resumes were submitted online, broadening the coverage and influence of employment services.
A policy consultation area and a career guidance service area were also established to provide job seekers with tailored job recommendations, career planning, and interpretation of social security policies.
