The door-ring refrigerator magnets from the Wood-Carving Mansion Scenic Area in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, became a popular exhibit at the stage of "Encounter & Enlighten: A Dialogue across Time and Space", a side event of the Second World Conference of Classics, held in Greece in June.
The refrigerator magnets feature the five Chinese blessings — fu (good fortune), lu (prosperity), shou (longevity), xi (happiness), and cai (wealth), attracting global attention for their auspicious meaning and exquisite ancient architectural texture.
The design prototype for the refrigerator magnets is based on real components from the ancient architecture of the wood-carving mansion.

The mansion, established during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), is famous for its exquisite brick, wood and stone carving art.
Relying on its profound cultural heritage, the scenic area has rolled out a series of cultural products such as lucky and prosperous bookmarks and painted fans.
