Taizhou Agricultural Development Zone
The park was established in 2004 with a planned area of 38.6 square kilometers. With an independent financial management system at the county level, it is a professional functional park housing modern agricultural industries.
After years of development, the park has been rated as a national science and Technology Park, a standard demonstration of modern agricultural industrial park, and a 4A scenic spot.
It has focused on the four industries of modern agriculture, intelligent equipment manufacturing, biotechnology, and ecotourism.
Located in the sulfur hot springs zone, the park boasts spring water of up to 69 C that can spray as high as five meters in the air. The water contains a large number of trace elements beneficial to human health, such as ionic zinc, selenium, potassium and calcium.
Qiuxue Lake Happy World, the largest land and water amusement park in central Jiangsu, welcomes over 10,000 tourists a day on average in the peak tourist season of summer.
Nanshe rice field painting was recommended as one of the top ten rice field landscapes in the Promotion of China's Beautiful Countryside Landscapes. This pastoral scenic spot in the park integrates animal husbandry culture and eco-tourism, providing visitors with unusual treats such as cockfighting and dog races.
The flower expo park, featuring more than 500 kinds of rare flowers and ornamental plants from all over the world, is an agricultural science and technology park with exotic flowers full of romance.
The park has made several policy proposals about rewarding and supporting the recruitment and development of high-end and high-quality projects, and cultivating and expanding leading enterprises and brand products. In line with the "1 + 4" support policy of Taizhou municipal government, the park provides a comprehensive policy guarantee from project entry to enterprise development.
