The first employment talent services station jointly built by Taizhou University and the Hailing district of Taizhou city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – was unveiled on Oct 26 to encourage more graduates to work in Taizhou.

The daily operation of a services station on campus is being managed by Hailing's bureau of human resources and social security and Taizhou University.

With a total area of 360 square meters, the service station is divided into two areas.

The eastern area is a job information presentation and employment negotiations area, equipped with an electronic display screen with real-time recruitment information.

The western area provides information from key local enterprises, with 20 businesses promoted in the first phase.

One-stop policy services – such as employment and entrepreneurship guidance, talent policy consultations, recruitment information releases, as well as human resources and social services handling are being provided.

The services station will also cooperate with universities, government departments and local enterprises to hold a wide range of talent activities.
