The Taizhou Cultural and Tourism Development Group officially inked a cooperation agreement with Haiweiguan, Michelin-starred restaurant in Shanghai, at the Wanghai Pavilion Scenic Area in the Hailing district, Taizhou, on April 19, as Haiweiguan's first Jiangsu branch prepares to open in Taizhou.
Established in 2015, Haiweiguan has earned a stellar reputation for preserving Shanghai cuisine and for its innovative fusion of Cantonese and Huaiyang cuisines. The restaurant has been a Michelin Guide favorite for five consecutive years.
The new restaurant will be situated in the Dongnan Garden of Taizhou, right next to the Wanghai Pavilion Scenic Area. This area features a collection of ancient-style courtyard buildings, with a floor area of approximately 2,335 square meters.
