Jiangsu Aseohose Manufacturing Co in Hailing district of Taizhou recently laid a 900-meter-long experimental pipeline using trenchless rehabilitation technology within its facility to test its self-developed thermal pipeline rehabilitation system.
This product marks the company's first ultra-high-pressure offering that integrates Kevlar fiber and polyurethane materials, giving it exceptional pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and superior thermal insulation.
"It fills a market gap for rehabilitating heating pipelines and ultra-long high-pressure pipelines, infusing new momentum into our technological reserves," said Gao Xiang, the company's product engineer.
Specializing in single-extruded flat hoses made from polymer materials like Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, Aseohose Manufacturing delivers cutting-edge pipeline solutions to global markets.
Since its establishment, the company has prioritized research and development. Currently, it employs over 20 R&D personnel, with an annual R&D investment nearing 10 million yuan ($1.38 million). It has submitted more than 130 patent applications, of which over 90 have been granted.
In recent years, Aseohose Manufacturing has focused on manure transportation pipes for international agricultural markets, actively collaborating with research institutes and universities to form joint R&D teams.
