The second term of the Hailing youth night school, a project that offers flexible, after-dark courses for young adults to pursue learning, skills training or personal interests outside of regular daytime schedules, officially commenced recently, attracting many young people to gather after work for exercise and fitness.
The new term retains popular courses such as jazz dance and badminton while adding sought-after new offerings like shooting sports and tennis.
"This is my second time enrolling in the night school's jazz dance class. The choreography in this advanced session feels more challenging, and the teacher tailors guidance to each student's strengths. I've gained a lot," said Yu Sijia, a participant in jazz dance class.
"It's my first time trying shooting sports and it's more demanding than I imagined. Yet with a professional coach's guidance, even a complete beginner like me could quickly get the hang of it," said Li Dandan, a participant in shooting sports class.
