Taizhou Feima Vehicle Parts Co Ltd in Hailing district, Taizhou, had a business volume of 85.5 million yuan ($11.93 million) by the end of May, and it is expected to exceed its total 2024 annual performance by August this year.

This year, the company allocated 5 million yuan to upgrade its automated equipment, adding welding robots, laser cutters, and fully automatic tube benders.

Long Dijiang, the factory director, said, "Previously, a single robot produced 100 cargo racks per hour. Now, with new double-station robots, it can produce 130 to 140 units per hour, increasing efficiency by 30 percent."

"Thanks to equipment upgrades and process optimization, daily output now reaches 45,000 units, with orders scheduled through August," added Long.

Since its founding in 2003, Feima has focused on processing and welding tubular structural parts, offering supporting services to industry leaders such as Yadea, Ninebot, and Aima.

In the shared e-bike industry, it forms strong alliances with leading internet companies. Its handlebars and parking stands hold two-thirds of the market share among its partner organizations.

Transitioning from traditional manufacturing to smart production, Feima advances industrial progress through technological innovations.

Ma Hefeng, the company's general manager, stated, "We have rapid growth over the past two years, with a 30 percent year-on-year increase in 2025. By May, we had already secured 85.5 million  yuan, and we expect our annual sales to reach 200 million yuan."
