The Hailing district of Taizhou city in Jiangsu province, East China, made a remarkable presence at the 7th Grand Canal Culture and Tourism Expo in Suzhou from Aug 15 to 17.
The district exhibition area drew many visitors through live demonstrations and tastings of traditional morning tea, complemented by cultural creative products like morning tea-themed art toys and district postcards.
A standee featuring Mei Lanfang's artistic image, along with an opera culture wall, highlighted the district's reputation as a center of traditional Chinese opera.
The display highlighted ecological wellness retreats, historic streetscapes, and unique agricultural products, demonstrating Hailing's diverse rural tourism offerings and illustrating the district's successful blend of agriculture, culture, sports, and tourism.
