Several newly built schools in Hailing district, Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, will open to students for the first time this autumn semester.
The new campus of Taizhou No 2 Middle School Affiliated Junior High School includes academic buildings, specialized classrooms, a library, administrative offices, an indoor sports hall, an auditorium, athletic fields, and supporting infrastructure.
Classrooms at Nanjing Normal University Taizhou Experimental School feature eye-protecting lighting, interactive smart boards, air conditioning, and storage cabinets. The blue desks and chairs are adjustable to offer ergonomic support for students of different heights.
An open corridor, measuring 148 meters in length and 9 meters in width, links four teaching buildings, providing multifunctional activity areas for students.
The nearby NNU Taizhou Experimental Kindergarten will start its operations at the same time, welcoming its first group of children.
The kindergarten classrooms are designed with bright, child-friendly visuals and include dedicated areas for role-playing, arts, cognitive growth, reading, and constructive play.
A specially designed science discovery room combines popular science education with teaching resources, providing children with a well-equipped and systematic space for scientific exploration.
