Jiangsu Minhui Digital Intelligence Technology, a former conventional steel trader, has emerged as a digital innovation pioneer in Jiangsu province. Founded in 2009, the company revolutionized its operations in 2015 by launching "Hui Gang Online", a cloud-based platform combining steel processing with delivery services.
Facing industry downturns in 2014, Chairman Zhang Zhimin shifted strategies, leveraging 5G and big data technologies to create a transparent supply chain ecosystem. Real-time monitoring screens at its headquarters track production across facilities in Taizhou and Wuxi in Jiangsu, as well as Jinan in Shandong province, ensuring the seamless flow of materials from inventory to delivery.

The 2022 debut of its proprietary "Hui Pin Gang" system introduced a groundbreaking "group-buying" model, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to share steel rolls via AI-driven matching. This innovation reduced inventory costs for clients while boosting material utilization rates by 3 percent, cutting carbon dioxide emissions significantly.
Having earned national e-commerce recognition in 2023, Minhui now powers over 6,000 businesses through its platform. "By 2026, we aim to dominate custom steel plate markets using AI-driven full-industry upgrades," Zhang declared, outlining ambitious R&D plans for advanced materials and green manufacturing.
