In a boost to industrial development, Hailing district in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, has issued its first-ever construction permit for an industrial project since the start of the Year of the Horse.
On Feb 27, an intelligent manufacturing project for auto parts in Hailing, funded by Taizhou Feima Vehicle Pieces, achieved a remarkable feat by obtaining five essential permits within a single day.
These permits include the construction land planning permit, construction project planning permit, real estate right certificate, construction drawing review approval, and building construction permit, enabling the project to commence operations immediately upon land acquisition — a model known as "beginning construction upon land acquisition".

The project, with a total investment of 500 million yuan ($72.47 million) and occupying an area of 3.05 hectares, will feature 12 high-end equipment manufacturing lines.
It stands as a major initiative in Hailing district's efforts to advance its modern industrial system focused on new energy and materials, automobile and motorcycle components, smart home appliances, and the digital economy, driving industrial upgrading and boosting development momentum.
The Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone, in close collaboration with municipal and district authorities, has established a coordinated support mechanism to expedite project approvals through early involvement, parallel processing, and conditional acceptance, shortening approval timelines and enabling faster project launches.
This achievement underscores Hailing district's commitment to optimizing its business environment and accelerating project implementation.
