Construction on a smart manufacturing project on parts for green mobility kicked off in Hailing district, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, on March 5, marking the city's first project in the Year of the Horse to begin construction immediately after land acquisition.
Taizhou Feima Vehicle Pieces, a local enterprise with over two decades of experience in green mobility pipe processing and the manufacture of structural parts, has invested 500 million yuan ($72.64 million) in the project. Spanning 3 hectares, the project will feature three new workshops totaling 46,000 square meters and introduce five advanced automated production lines, including welding robots and laser pipe cutting machines.

Feima, a key supplier to domestic brands like Yadea, Aima, and shared mobility platforms such as Didi, Meituan, and HelloBike, aims to enhance its production capabilities and meet growing market demand through the project. The project exemplifies Hailing's commitment to optimizing its business environment and supporting enterprise development, setting a benchmark for rapid project implementation in the region.
