Jiangsu Tianyu Precision Manufacturing Technology, a private enterprise specializing in the production of components and power products for electric vehicles, motorcycles, and automotives, is gearing up for rapid expansion. The company's production workshop is buzzing with activity as it strives for a strong start to the first quarter.
Since resuming operations in late February, Tianyu has achieved a 95 percent staff attendance rate, with approximately 320 employees back on the job, nearly restoring normal production capacity.
A new power product production line, launched in November 2025, has undergone process optimization to enable streamlined operations. "Previously, processes were scattered, and material flow was time-consuming. Now, one worker can oversee two or three machines simultaneously, boosting production efficiency by about 15 percent," said Gu Hailin, workshop supervisor.
Tianyu's production orders for 2026 are already booked until the end of March, with March's output valued at nearly 30 million yuan ($4.35 million). The company aims for quarterly sales between 120 million and 150 million yuan, laying a solid foundation for annual growth.
Looking ahead, Tianyu plans to add another power product line, expected to increase overall capacity by 25 percent with an investment of around 6 million yuan in equipment. Concurrently, the company is strengthening its talent pool by hiring five senior engineers to drive technological innovation.
With these strategic moves, Tianyu Precision Manufacturing is poised for a breakthrough, targeting annual sales of 450 million to 500 million yuan in 2026.
