The 200-million-yuan ($29.63 million) expansion project of local high-tech enterprise Taizhou Fengxun Electronics Engineering Equipment has completed all main structure capping, with exterior panel installation works underway. The facility is scheduled for full handover by the end of July, making way for equipment mobilization, installation and commissioning.

With nearly 20 years of expertise in supporting military-civilian integration equipment, the firm will use the new 12,000-square-meter standardized plant for research, development, and mass production of high-end precision components and complete sets of equipment. The expansion will fill the gap in its full-process independent assembly capacity, lifting its annual output value.
The whole project is backed by Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone's dedicated "one enterprise, one special task force" full-cycle nanny-style services. The zone's service team has handled all pre-construction formalities, coordinated construction utilities, material transport and site planning, and connected the enterprise with one-stop services covering sci-tech application, labor supply and financing matchmaking.
