The 80-square-kilometer photovoltaic industrial cluster, distributed across Hailing Industrial Park and Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone, boasts a highly complete industrial chain that enables neighboring supply for local firms.
It gathers 27 industrial enterprises above designated size — those with an annual income of at least 20 million yuan ($2.96 million), including five provincial-level "little giant" firms, five provincial green factories and 13 provincial smart manufacturing demonstration workshops.
The newly launched 500-million-yuan Suneast New Energy Technology's project, set for full structural capping in October, will build a leading digital photovoltaic equipment research, development and manufacturing base, bringing an expected annual revenue of 500 million yuan upon operation.

Hailing's smart home industrial cluster now hosts 69 enterprises above designated size, three national-level specialized and sophisticated "little giant" firms and 22 high-tech enterprises, forming a fully integrated ecosystem of large, medium and small cooperating enterprises.
Leading firm Aorui Smart Home is pushing forward its 500-million-yuan industrial park project, which will introduce 12 high-end intelligent production lines and a dedicated smart home research institute. Its newly developed IoT (internet of things) automatic smart sofa and elderly-care-oriented smart electric beds have successfully entered the mid-to-high-end market, with products already listed on JD Health.

Local industrial authorities stated that Hailing will continue to strengthen chain complementarity, gather innovation resources and amplify the scale, synergy and brand effects of the two provincial-level featured clusters, injecting sustained momentum into the district's high-quality industrial growth.
