The cultural and creative building in Hailing Industrial Park – located in the Hailing district of Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – is said to be flourishing these days, deepening cooperation between regional culture and the economy.
Since it opened its doors for business in 2017, the building has become the main carrier for the development of the cultural and creative industries in the park.
The building specializes in cultural creativity, inspections, and tests, e-commerce livestreaming, the headquarters economy and other businesses.
It has attracted several headquarters, including those for Jiangsu Fuyu Garden Construction Co Ltd and Jiangsu Minhui Digital Intelligence Technology Co Ltd. The latter has been recognized as a national-level e-commerce example enterprise.
The building paid taxes of 33.73 million yuan ($4.65 million) last year and it has set a target of paying tax topping 100 million yuan within two or three years.
Moreover, it held the first big outdoor music festival in Taizhou this year, raising its profile even more.
