Hailing Industrial Park – located in the Hailing district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has continued to upgrade, add to, and optimize its various facilities and functions, making it an extremely appealing place to work and live.
The park has coordinated its integration of space, land, public services and infrastructure through detailed planning.
Plans are for Meilan Road and Jichuan Road to develop an advanced manufacturing sector – while a headquarters economy, cultural creativity and modern service industry are being developed between Fenghuang Road and Yongding Road.
In addition, the park focuses on attracting commercial complex projects that will be popular and whose impact will radiate out to nearby areas. Moreover, the Taishangli commercial district is about to be completed, which will boost the integrated development of productive and living service industries.
The park has also moved to improve its infrastructure and living facilities – such as transportation, hospitals, schools and shops – and upgraded the comfort of its residential living conditions. As a result, it has successfully attracted and retained about 80,000 people from outside the city to work and live there.
