Five smart factories operating in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, were recently certified as provincial advanced smart factories.
They include the smart factory based on high-rate lithium battery manufacturing being operated by Jiangsu Sunpower and the smart factory for wind power core precision components manufacturing based on digital collaboration technology, run by Huierxin Machinery (Taixing).
To be designated as an advanced smart factory, companies must enhance their digital and networked integration capabilities and widely deploy intelligent manufacturing equipment, industrial software, and systems for common real-world intelligent manufacturing applications.
These factories need to achieve interoperability and sharing of production and operation data, precise control of key production processes, and coordinated management and control of production and operation, while carrying out intelligent applications in key scenarios.
