Recruiters in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone – located in Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – held livestreaming activities on Feb 28 to introduce various job and attract more talent.

Jointly held by the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone administrative committee, Jiangyan Human Resources Service Industrial Park and the district's media center, the stream was watched by some 5,952 people.
Recruiters from six high-quality enterprises in the zone, including Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co Ltd and 5Elem Hi-Tech Corporation Technology Co Ltd, gave detailed information such as the jobs requirements, salary and benefits, working environment, and accommodation and dining. They also answered questions raised by viewers in real time.

The online recruitment program offered coveted positions such as workshop director and elite salespeople as well process, mechanical and product design engineers. Viewers were also able to access it via WeChat, the MyJiangyan app and Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok.
The event served as a prelude to this year's spring employment campaign. Plans are afoot for Jiangyan Economic Development Zone to provide enterprises and job seekers with high-quality employment and talent services across multiple channels.
