The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology recently announced the 2024 list of approved industry-academia collaboration projects. Jiangyan district secured 21 of the 39 approved projects in Taizhou.
The Taizhou projects focus on fields such as biomedicine, chemicals and new materials, auto parts, marine equipment, and environmental protection. The number of approved projects is 30 percent higher than last year.
A number of industry-academia collaboration projects aim to strengthen collaboration between academic institutions and businesses, promoting technological innovation and the commercialization of research outcomes. The program encourages universities and research institutes to partner with Jiangsu-based enterprises.
