Jiangyan Economic Development Zone held a talent salon on Sept 14 with an immersive role-playing game. It offered a lively, interactive way for young professionals to connect, break social barriers and forge friendships.
The activity attracted 52 young participants from across the zone. They were divided into five groups based on the storyline for a four-hour mystery-solving experience, engaging in lively discussions, laughter, and brainstorming as they analyzed clues and unraveled plot twists. The unfamiliar group bonded through the shared adventure.
Guided by facilitators, players quickly embraced their characters, navigating complex storylines with suspense and surprises. As the game advanced, the atmosphere peaked, with participants expanding social circles and forming connections.
The event aimed to create a relaxed, efficient networking platform for young professionals in Jiangyan EDZ, helping them meet peers and enjoy a fun, immersive experience. Attendees found the format novel and entertaining, easing new friendship formation.
During the event, the zone outlined local talent policies, including subsidies for graduates and young professionals, benefits for high-level talent in entrepreneurship and housing, and shared ownership housing options. The session clarified policies and support for participants building careers and lives in Jiangyan.
Moving forward, Jiangyan EDZ will continue innovating its youth talent programs, offering diverse activities to meet various interests. The aim is to create a vibrant social environment that supports young professionals and helps them grow and thrive in Jiangyan.
