Jiangsu Hailong Electric Appliance Co, based in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, has made a breakthrough by entering the market for new energy vehicles' electronic differential locks (EDL) with a new project.
The project, built on the advantages of the regional automotive component clusters, focuses on breakthrough technologies in the EDL field. The core goal is to enhance the capability of independently researching and developing core parts of NEVs, as well as the level of domestic localization and autonomous control.
The project, with a planned land of 50 mu (3.33 hectares), is equipped with 50 sets of automated equipment, including three differential case lines and five assembly lines. With fully automated production, it aims to produce 200,000 EDLs per year at full capacity.
