ZYfire Hose Corporation, based in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, is expanding its production scale, improving product quality, and enhancing production efficacy with a wear-resistant polyurethane-lined pipe project.
The project will introduce a batch of intelligent, high-precision production and inspection equipment, including computer numerical control machine tools, laser cutters, welding robots, automated centrifuges, and high-precision measuring instruments.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to produce 60,000 meters of wear-resistant pipes every year, boosting production capacity and product quality while ensuring a stable market supply.
Looking ahead, the company is set to accelerate project construction, equipment installation, and pre-production preparations, sharpen its core product competitiveness, and expand its footprint in both domestic and international markets. Such efforts will unleash new growth momentum for capital accumulation and production expansion while also upgrading the zone's new materials industry.
