The Taixing High-tech Zone in Taixing city – administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province – has tailored its safety training courses to the specific needs of local enterprises, to assist them in their safe production.
The zone's safety and environmental protection department, in conjunction with the Taixing safety practical training and emergency exercise center, visited Jiangsu Liangwei Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd on Sept 28.
Customized safety training courses were provided based on the company's own situation in safety production management, processing flows, equipment and facility management, hazardous chemicals management and hazardous processes.
With an indoor floor space of 6,000 square meters, the Taixing safety practical training and emergency exercise center has built 13 types of simulated public places and 17 types of simulated enterprise production places, with nine categories totaling 2,335 hidden dangers set up.
It can basically cover industries and places with frequent safety accidents.
Looking ahead, plans are for the zone to also provide personnel training at multiple levels – including training for senior executives, safety management personnel and special operations personnel – in a bid to expand their safety knowledge and emergency awareness.
