In a significant boost to Hailing district's intelligent home sector, an industrial park invested by Jiangsu Aorui Smart Home commenced construction on April 28 in Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Hailing District Data Bureau officials were present to issue construction permits to project representatives on-site.
Jiangsu Aorui Smart Home, a global leader in soft furniture design, R&D, manufacturing, and sales, aims to transform industrial architecture into aesthetic landmarks with cutting-edge technologies.
With a total investment of 500 million yuan ($73.51 million), the park will feature a five-story state-of-the-art factory and 12 high-end intelligent production lines. Upon completion, it is expected to generate annual sales of 400 million yuan and contribute 12 million yuan in comprehensive taxes.
Furthermore, Aorui plans to establish an intelligent home industry research institute, leveraging talent and technological resources from academic institutions and industry expertise from Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone to drive technological innovation and progress in the sector. This initiative marks a pivotal step in enhancing regional industrial scale and technological prowess.
