The intelligent manufacturing base project, invested by Jiangsu Xinsu Investment & Development Group, settled in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, in 2021, has become a model for regional intelligent manufacturing.
With an investment of $250 million, the project is set to build a research and development manufacturing base for products such as high-end grinding machines, financial safes and automotive pistons.
It is constructed into three phases, with the first phase completed and put into operation. The first phase has formed an annual production capacity of 300 high-end grinding machines, 75,000 sets of safes and related products and 1.9 million pistons.
After the project is completed, it is expected to generate annual sales of 2.6 billion yuan ($376.14 million).

Harnessing the group's global R&D expertise, the project has established an R&D center in Germany, dedicated to achieving technological breakthroughs in high-end manufacturing.
Among them, high-end grinding machines such as the CL400, CL250, UG1000, and UG650 in the Big Dipper series are developed independently. They are committed to achieving import substitution in related fields in China.
The project has introduced world-class steel piston welding lines, precision machining production lines and top-level measuring and testing equipment. It has also invested in leading domestic robot-casting production lines and an array of advanced CNC (computer numerical control) machine tools. These advancements have substantially elevated the levels of automation and intelligence, positioning the project at the forefront of the industry.
