To embrace the digital economy and seize new opportunities in cross-border e-commerce, Taixing, a county-level city in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, officially unveiled its Cross-border E-commerce Innovation Service Center on Feb 4.
Amidst a rapidly evolving global trade landscape, cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a vital link between domestic and international markets, fostering global economic interconnectedness.
The newly established center aims to propel "Made in Taixing" brands onto the global stage by offering comprehensive digital solutions across market insights, digital marketing, intelligent fulfillment, and cross-border finance.
It facilitates cost reduction, risk management, and enhances international competitiveness for local businesses. Through a blend of on-site services and online coordination, departments such as commerce, taxation, finance, and customs will collaborate to streamline regulatory processes, integrate policies, and optimize workflows, ensuring that "data travels more, enterprises travel less".
Taixing, with a solid industrial foundation and distinctive clusters in musical instruments, forklifts, Teflon products, and sporting goods, has cultivated numerous "hidden champions", small and medium-sized companies with strong market niches. The city now boasts two national-level bases for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and consistently ranks among the top in Taizhou for export volume.
