Taixing's foreign trade has achieved remarkable results, with total imports and exports reaching $6.67 billion in 2025, marking a 5.6 percent year-on-year increase and setting a new historical record. The county-level city in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, has demonstrated resilience and innovation in boosting its international trade.

The initiative to help its enterprises seek global expansion has been instrumental in driving Taixing's foreign trade growth. Over 100 local companies, including Taizhou Yuanda Investment Group and Taixing Hutchin MFG, participated in key expos like the Canton Fair and China-ASEAN Expo, securing $50 million in intended orders.

The city also actively guided enterprises to explore emerging markets under the Belt and Road Initiative and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, resulting in significant increases in trade volumes with these regions.

Furthermore, Taixing has embraced cross-border e-commerce as a new engine for trade growth. The establishment of a global innovation service center for cross-border e-commerce has facilitated the transition of traditional foreign trade companies to online platforms, opening up new sales channels. Notably, Jiangsu Fengling Musical Instrument has successfully exported over 90 percent of its guitars overseas through cross-border e-commerce.

With robust policy support and optimized services, Taixing is poised to continue its strong performance in foreign trade, ensuring sustained growth and high-quality development.
