A total of 29 companies from the Hailing district of Taizhou – located in East China's Jiangsu province – attended the recent 133rd China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) in South China's Guangdong province and they signed off on 75 orders worth $12.45 million.
During the fair, which ran from April 15 to May 5, some 48 stands were erected for Hailing's companies, covering fields including large machinery and equipment, furniture, sports and leisure.
Domestic and foreign buyers from over 220 countries and regions participated in the event, making it a great platform for Hailing's businesses to promote their products and improve the reputation of their brands.
Taizhou Kaihua Diesel Generator Sets Co Ltd presented a range of diesel generators and its folks were delighted with the results.
"We have been participating in the fair for nearly 20 years and continue to expand our booth area to showcase more high-quality product categories," a company representative said.
