Settlement pre-approvals. It is a mandatory procedure for land acquisition projects. Submit materials to the National Development and Reform Commission before the 9th of each month. Materials include a pre-approval request, industrial project settlement pre-approval form, recommendation form, project feasibility report, planning redline map, 2000 coordination system SHP layer, production safety commitment, safety production conditions and facilities.
Project establishments and evaluations. A project establishment report, filing application form, energy-saving commitment sheet, letter of commitment, business license copy and a property card is needed in the filing process. Lead department: Administrative Examinations and Approvals Authority. Companies can declare these online through the official website.
Project land planning. Land planning permission, land registration, general layout review, specialized production area and project planning permission materials are needed at this stage.
Drawings and construction conditions review. Companies need to finish a construction drawings review, quality supervision procedure and safety supervision procedure.
Construction permits. Lead department: Administrative Examinations and Approvals Authority.
