Taixing High-tech Zone in Taixing, East China's Jiangsu province, is gearing up to optimize the business environment for local businesses.
Jiangsu Chunjin Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd has benefited from the services provided by the zone. Its intelligent in-vehicle safety seat manufacturing project, which had an investment of 520 million yuan ($75.64 million), obtained construction approval in the shortest time possible with the zone's help.
Ten systems, such as the service commitment system and the immediate handling system, have been introduced in the zone to accelerate the approval process for projects.
For a 500-million-yuan airport passenger boarding bridge project, the zone made active moves to assist it in completing the procedures and simplifying the tasks required, cutting one month of time for the project to be approved.

For Jiangsu Dingwang Metallurgical Materials Co Ltd, the zone moved to coordinate with local human resource service departments and recruited 23 new staff members for the company, which relieved its labor shortage problem.
Statistics showed that in January and February, the zone signed agreements on seven new projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan each, with a total investment of 1.23 billion yuan. It newly started three projects with an investment of more than 100 million yuan each, with a total investment of 1.37 billion yuan. It newly completed three projects with an investment of 100 million yuan each, with the actual investment completed being 1.24 billion yuan.
