The Party committee of the Taixing intelligent manufacturing industry alliance held its third Alliance Day event on March 23 in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province.
The launch meeting was also held for the establishment of the national standard formulation working group for Test Methods for Vertical Installation Gear Transmission Devices.
Representatives from member units of the industry alliance and experts from national universities attended.
Wang Zhigang, secretary general of National Gear Standardization Technical Committee, gave a presentation on standards formulation work.
Later, Mo Shuai, a research academic at Beihang University in Beijing, delivered a speech on "Innovation drives high-quality development of the automotive industry". He also discussed breakthroughs and trends in hybrid transmission technology and other topics with representatives of various companies active in the field.
Looking ahead, the industry alliance plans to fully link the upstream and downstream resources of the industrial supply chain. It also aims to build a cooperative community with an efficient linkage mechanism, an efficient factor flow and a strong development vitality.
