The Taixing High-tech Zone – located in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has realized leapfrog developments over the past 10 years and to mark this it recently highlighted three areas that illustrate its accessibility to young people and its overall high-quality progress.
The first is that it is a place that appeals in particular to young professional residents in the modern new area after a decade of imaginative development.
The energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy and materials, intelligent manufacturing and the technology service sectors there have continued to expand.
The zone is now home to more than 50 high-tech enterprises, over 30 specialist companies and 200-plus technology-based small and medium-sized businesses.
The zone also boasts abundant resources to drive its entrepreneurship forward, including a national-level technology enterprise incubator with a floor space of 100,000 square meters, 29 modern headquarters economy buildings and two offshore innovation centers.
The second aspect is that it offers an easy-access walking route to help folks learn more about the zone.
You can walk into its one-stop service center to get subsidies for living and employment and to get housing vouchers. Then further along the way, you can check out the most popular first-tier consumer brands, luxury fashion items and various specialty restaurants.
After that, you can check out a talent apartment, with 600 units available to choose from. Later, you can head out to the digital factories operated by Jiangsu Cosine Electric Co Ltd and Popsolar New Energy Technology (Taixing) Co Ltd to get a feel of cutting-edge technological trends.
Then, you walk to the project roadshow center to enjoy afternoon tea and idea exchanges with friends and colleagues. The last stop is to walk around Fengqi Lake to just chill out.
The last example of the zone's exponential progress over the past decade is that you can enjoy its 10-minute commuting comfort zone.
For instance, you can take advantage of its 10-minute seamless arrival to the station connecting the Beijing–Shanghai Expressway and the Yancheng-Yixing High-speed Railway.
