Two enterprises from the Taixing High-tech Zone, located in Taixing city, Jiangsu province, recently received prestigious national accolades.
That's when the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry recently released its "2024 List of Practical Technical Equipment and Demonstration Projects for Ecological Environment Protection".
One of the companies, Jiangsu Nanji Machinery, is a specialist ship support firm that operates in the sphere of scientific research, production, sales and services.
Its ship ballast water integrated treatment technology integrates mechanical filtration, membrane separation and nitrogen flooding for oxygen removal.

The technology can solve the problem of ship ballast water treatment through innovative integrated processes. This significantly reduces marine ecological risks and provides a Chinese solution for the green transformation of the global shipping industry.
The other company is Yatai Pump & Valve, a major player in China's water pump and environmental protection industry.
Its integrated prefabricated pump station for sewage collection and transportation was included on the list.
With its modular design and high efficiency and energy conservation as the core, the equipment aims to assist in the intelligent management of urban and rural sewage networks, improve sewage treatment efficiency and improve the recycling of water resources.
