The Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau recently introduced six service measures to provide greater support for the stable development of technology-based foreign trade enterprises.
The bureau will establish a key technology-based foreign trade enterprise database and set up a special service team to help enterprises with development difficulties and demands. A service consultation hotline will be available to address their concerns.
Focusing on future industries, leading industries, and strategic emerging industries, a maximum support of 3 million yuan ($417,636) per project will be offered for projects that have achieved technological breakthroughs.
The bureau will also offer various financial products and technology transfer services for foreign trade enterprises.
Efforts will also be made to step up the opening of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment to technology-based foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them to carry out shared services such as analysis, testing, experimentation, and verification.
In addition, the bureau will optimize the approval procedure for foreigners coming to Taizhou. For senior management and technical talent in technology-based foreign trade enterprises who want to apply for Class A work permit, there will be no age, education, or work experience requirements.
