The Taixing High-tech Zone in Taixing, Jiangsu province, held a project negotiation conference for a new research and development institution focused on the low-altitude economy on June 5.
More than 10 representatives of universities, research institutions, and enterprises, including Soochow University and Dinghan Holding Group, gathered to discuss the future of the low altitude economy.
Xu Hui, director of the zone's management committee, expected high hopes for the landing of the low altitude economy professional new R&D institution project. He also looked forward to representatives working together to build a low altitude aircraft cooperation core component and finished product quality testing center, a low altitude education dual teacher training and skill appraisal base, and a low altitude economic and technological research and development and industrial cultivation platform in the zone.

The Taixing High-tech Zone, Soochow University, Dinghan Holding Group, Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics, and the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Research Institute signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
In recent years, the zone has been looking to enter the low altitude economy and has successively landed projects in aviation fiber materials, structural components for unmanned aerial vehicles, specialized inspection and testing of aerospace materials and structural performance, and more.
