Two enterprises in the Taixing High-tech Zone in Taixing, a county-level city administered by Jiangsu province, were recognized as Class I geotechnical laboratories, according to qualification certification results released by the housing and urban-rural development bureau of Taizhou.
The first one is Jiangsu Jianke Geotechnical Engineering Survey and Design, who has approved 46 non-food inspection and testing capabilities (geotechnical testing category) after years of effort.
The company specializes in engineering geology, geotechnical engineering investigation, geotechnical engineering design, geological hazard engineering investigation and design supervision, and soil erosion prevention and control services.
The second is Jiangsu Ketai Geotechnical Engineering (Taixing Branch). The company has 18 engineers, seven senior engineers, three certified geotechnical engineers, and two certified structural engineers.

The company possesses advanced domestic survey and testing instruments, first-class data acquisition systems, and has won numerous provincial and municipal excellent survey awards.
Its business involves engineering investigation, foundation testing, foundation treatment, foundation pit design, and foundation pit monitoring consulting.
A recognized enterprise needs to pass metrological certification at the provincial-level or above and can conduct geotechnical testing for its engineering survey projects, as well as conduct geotechnical tests in the city.
