Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province recently issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Deepening the Intelligent Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Networked Connection of the Manufacturing Industry (2025-27)".
This is meant to further promote the intelligent transformation, digital transformation, and networked connection of its manufacturing industry and the deep integration of the digital and real economies.
As a prime example, the high-precision hydraulic multi-way valve and high-end hydraulic cylinder intelligent project operated by Jiangsu Tianyou Xingyuan Hydraulic Technology, settled in the Taixing High-tech Zone, entered the trial production stage in July.

The company is committed to building an intelligent and digital hydraulic production base that integrates research and development, production, and sales. By introducing advanced intelligent manufacturing technology and information management systems, the company sees improvements in production efficiency and product quality.
The plan includes six main actions: promoting intelligent manufacturing scenarios, accelerating the transformation and raising the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises, cultivating intelligent factories of different sizes, empowering artificial intelligence applications, enhancing information security capabilities, and upgrading the digital development environment.
Taixing will strengthen financial support and provide funding incentives to eligible enterprises to further mobilize their enthusiasm.

In the first half of this year, Taixing Meilan New Materials in the Taixing Economic Development Zone implemented a digital application enhancement project, which achieved significant results — improving energy conservation, reducing consumption, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency across the entire process, while enabling around-the-clock unmanned operation of chemical equipment.
