Taizhou in Jiangsu province has issued a notice on providing interest subsidies for provincial-level manufacturing loans from October to December 2025. Two projects in the Taixing High-tech Zone, Taixing, a county-level administered by Taizhou, were selected to receive the subsidies.
They include Jiangsu Huachuan Gearbox's equipment update project and Jiangsu Jinsui Energy Equipment Manufacturing's smart grid equipment technology renovation project.

The program provides interest subsidies for loans taken out by manufacturing enterprises and specialized and innovative enterprises in the province. Loans used to purchase equipment for eligible projects qualify for interest subsidies in accordance with relevant regulations.
The interest subsidy funds are allocated in advance and settled later. After the cooperative bank receives the funds, the enterprise does not need to declare separately and can directly redeem the interest subsidy.
