Xuzhuang sub-district – located in Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province – has established a "driver's home" to offer services for new business groups.
The "driver's home" is open 24 hours a day, with functional areas such as leisure amenities, showers, and rest areas. Surrounding areas provide supporting services such as catering, parking, and car repairs.
Groups including delivery staff, couriers and environmental sanitation workers can access the space by scanning a code using their WeChat account to enjoy more than ten complimentary services.
In recent years, great efforts have been made by Xuzhuang sub-district to provide services for new business formats and new employment groups.
It has established 12 user-friendly service areas relying on existing sites such as the telecommunications business hall.
Meanwhile, over 30 activities pertaining to such fields as legal education, safety promotion and mental health counseling have been held in those service areas to extend the scope of the services.
