Two technology centers being operated by companies in the Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone – located in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently received prestigious official recognition.
They were each designated as a 2023 Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, having made it onto a prized list issued by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu.
One tech center is run by Jiangsu Pengling Rubber Tube Co Ltd, which makes automotive cooling pipe assemblies, air conditioning pipe assemblies, power steering pipe assemblies and turbocharged rubber hoses.

The other is operated by manufacturer Jiangsu Jiuxing Precision Technology Group Co Ltd, a supplier to leading brands like Haier, Media Group and Hisense.

Technology centers are tech research and innovation institutions established by enterprises according to market competition needs. They're seen as being beneficial for improving their capabilities for product development.
