Xuzhuang subdistrict in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, has leveraged the Xuzhuang Digital Technology Entrepreneurship Park to boost its OPC (one-person company) economy.
The park, spanning Phases I to III, boasts a total operational area of 25,600 square meters, with an occupancy rate exceeding 84 percent.
The artificial intelligence wave has seen the OPC economy emerge as a new entrepreneurial track China is vying to develop.
For the OPC projects within the park, they are closely aligned with the industries of equipment manufacturing and biomedicine, which are the leading industries in the local area, ensuring deep coupling between digital technology and the local industrial chain.
In response to the growth cycle of enterprises, the subdistrict implements a tiered cultivation plan from seedling cultivation and growth to further expansion, providing assistance throughout the entire lifecycle from incubation acceleration to industrialization implementation.
As of now, the OPC community has gathered 86 digital startups. As a representative company, Huaji Intelligent Manufacturing, has successfully provided digital workshop transformation services to over 10 local manufacturers.
